Terms and Conditions of TipTop Online Shopping Co., Ltd.

  1. Payment Policy

Payments are made through Advanced Bank of Asia (ABA Bank). Payments are divided into two categories:

Category 1: The orders of Cambodian and Thai products are paid when the delivery agent collects the goods from the supplier.

Category 2: the orders of Chinese products are paid upon order confirmation.

  1. Delivery Services

Domestic and International delivery services:

Domestic Orders: Customers are responsible for the delivery fee, which will be included in the summary payment at the time of order placement.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for both the domestic delivery fee (within the supplier’s country) and international shipping costs. Domestic delivery charges are included at summary payment. The international shipping cost, import duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are settled with the shipping agent.

  1. Return and Refund Policy

Customers may exchange products or request a refund under the following conditions:

The company will issue a refund if the supplier rejects the order. Customers may also request a refund through the mobile app if the supplier does not confirm the order in 3 days after the order date.

For damaged Cambodian or Thai products, customers can request a product exchange within 15 days from the date the supplier dispatched the goods. Eligible products for return include damaged items, low-quality products, or incorrect items.

The return process requires: Photos or video of the product upon receipt, including the product box and unboxing.

These media files should be sent to the supplier’s inbox.

Suppliers will process either an exchange or refund. Service fees are covered by the supplier.

Note: Returned products must:

-Be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with original tags.

-If the returned items do not meet these criteria, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

-Delivery, international shipping, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

-The shipping fee, product return fee, and bank service charges for refunds are the supplier’s responsibility.

Non-returnable items include:

-Products from China

-Items purchased during promotions or discounts

-Perishable goods (e.g., food and beverages)

-Digital downloads

-Personal care products, unless unopened and unused in original packaging

-Before ordering, customers are advised to check if their selected product is eligible for returns or refunds. Acceptance of returned goods depends on the product and the supplier’s country.

  1. Pricing Policy

TipTop encourages suppliers to ensure all product details, prices, and promotions displayed on the app are accurate. Suppliers upload and manage products and inventory directly. In cases of technical errors (e.g., incorrect pricing or out-of-stock items), the supplier will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide options for exchange or order cancellation. If the supplier cannot reach the customer, the order will be canceled and refunded.

  1. Gifts and Coupons

The company or supplier may provide a gift or coupon as a reward. However, only one gift or coupon may be claimed per order.

  1. Account Termination

The company reserves the legal right to terminate or sanction a customer account for the following reasons:

-Violating company terms and conditions

-Violating policies and rules

-Suspicious activities involving money laundering or illegal trade

-Engaging in illegal activities violating Cambodian law

-Inactivity for over 1 year

-Misconduct toward delivery agents or partner institutions

-Violating the TipTop app usage policy

This right is based on the User Agreement and legal obligations to protect the app platform and its users.

  1. Modification of Terms and Conditions

The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time for any reason. All updates will take effect immediately once published on the mobile app.

The company does not send notifications or emails regarding these changes. Customers are encouraged to review the app periodically for updates. By continuing to use the app, customers are considered to have read, understood, and accepted any changes to these terms and conditions.
